Artificial reproduction

Geneticists believe that factory programs not only have to observe requirements for minimization of an autbred depression, but will allow to reduce an inbred depression by planned movements in the designated ecologo-genetic clusters of populations. In general the methodology of breeding of ST to a stage of a fingerling is developed. However, programs of artificial reproduction have a number of restrictions.
For creation of uterine herds of ST it is necessary to take producers from the remains of natural herds. If the most critical period at the beginning of a production cycle of dreeding at the hatchery passes under control of fish breeders, then further breeding of juveniles in the conditions of a touch deprivation doesn't promote her successful adaptation after release to the environment. For avoiding of a domestikation and formations of a homing need to be passed to resettlement of the impregnated eggs by means of river incubators (Veselov, etc., 2011). Such technologies are most acceptable for nature protection fish breeding. Besides, it isn't possible to develop adequate programs of monitoring of the let-out juveniles yet, including genetic.
