The Russian Salmon Association together with the Wild Salmon Center  has released and distributes new materials on the catch-and-release principle. This is a bright four-page brochure, briefly and clearly answering the questions: "Why release of caught fish?," "Does released fish survive?" and "How to catch and release?" The booklet is supplemented by a bilingual flyer with tips on "How to Release Fish Properly."

The mission of these publications, which is very relevant for the taimen habitat region: "We want to form a new type of attitude to wildlife among Russian citizens, ensuring the long-term and harmonious coexistence of salmon and humans, using the idea of ​ ​ recreational fishing on the catch-and-release principle.
